My expertise is in mind-body psychology. I work toward healing the mind-body connection through treatment of issues like stress, anxiety and trauma-related disorders, depression, and eating disorders. I also work to soothe the real difficulties of living with chronic health issues or being a neurodivergent person in a neurotypical world.
